:oTHE FIVE-FOLD QUESTIONS 1. Is this subject worth your tuition fee and time? Why? 2. Are you sure you are going to pass this subject? Why? 3. What grade do you expect to receive in this subject? Why? 4. What do you think of the system used by your professor in the recitation? 5. What suggestions would you like to offer to further improve the delivery of the subject? My Answers: 1) Definitely. Well, I must say the subject is priceless for it made me realize certain things. Time within this subject is gold, because of the precious realizations one can encounter. 2) Frankly, I can't assure myself that I will pass this subject. Maybe because of my laziness, but I'm trying to cope amidst my problems. I'm not quite sure, but I'm really hoping. I'll do my best even though that line is definitely rugged, as my mother would say. 3) A hard question. I want to strive for a higher grade for literally I flunked at the start. Embarassment for me. I am expecting a passed, good and fair grade because I'm not that good but I can be happy with simplicity. 4) The recitation is unique!! It rocks, but It implements competition which can be somehow an advantage and disadvantage for others. (Oh my, staying at the inferno for almost half the meeting periods...I learned my lesson) 5) I will humbly suggest that we continue movie appreciation, but let's not stick with the quote "You cant beat the classics..." Movie appreciation is totally great with great movies. Especially distinct ones. Blockbusters can be really appreciated.. You're great, sir. And let no human defy what you made us realize. (oh my section in humanities is MC0522.. ;D)

Shem Nathaniel B. Tansingco of A050B11 1. I think this subject is worth for my tuition fee and time. This is worth for me because I have learned and appreciated the beauty of art to have a wonderful life. All of the movies that we have seen and all the musics that we have played were so great to me and I really appreciated those. 2. Yes, Im sure that I'm going to pass this subject because I have an average grade and I'm trying my very best to maintain and even improve my grade to pass this subject. 3. I think I deserved to have a grade of 2.0 or 1.75 because my grade in prelims is not so good, but I will try to reach a grade of 2.0 or to have a grade of 1.75. 4. I think the recitation system during prelims is more challenging than in midterms because everyday in midterms, every student will recite in order to reach the "PARAISO," unlike this midterms, the recitation is only our movie report because most of the time, we used our time in viewing movies. 5. I suggest that the you must better discipline our section sir. I salute on you for being nice to us, but because of your greatness to us, we need your discipline in order to pass your subject and we can better appreciate this subject and better understand the contribution of art in our everyday life.

1. Of course it is sir. I really enjoyed my time with your subject and I don't know why I like it even sometimes I hardly cope up with the discussions. 2. Yes, I am really sure. I think I have done my very best in studying Humanities. Last time I have survived from your recitation activity when I am the one to sat on the last chair in our classroom. From that I knew I have learned something from you sir. 3. This is a hard question sir. But for me, as what I rate myself in your subject I think I deserve a 1.50. Because as what I see it, I am very attached to this subject, I can't go inside the classroom without a knowledge about the discussions. I really exert effort learning because I want this subject personally. 4. It was unique sir. You know I was surprised when that style opened my mind to innocence. It was my first time to deal with that kind of recitation. I admit that I was always nervous expressing my ideas because I don't have any idea about this style. From my elementary days I only learned the normal recitation activity. From this sir, I have proved to my self that you are worthy enough to be a Humanities and Literature professor because you are really creative. Truly, sir, I was amazed and challenged with the system of reciting in your class. 5. Well, I can say that it will be a help for us if you let us watch movies again Seriously sir, I can't suggest because for me the delivery of your subject towards us is nearly perfect and that I can't reach the rate of your creativity for me to suggest further.... hehe Thank you a lot sir... you never know how much knowledge you have lend me..it was not only in the academe but also I have realized the value of art in this world... and that I have never known someone before that have contributed to my innocence in arts.. thank you...God Bless....

labtic,Freshen Jane M.-mco527 1.all i can say that this subject is worth for my tuation fee and time. it is worth because in this subject, so many things i've learned. this suject made me realize so many things, like the beauty of life, how music really affect us. actually i realy enjoy this subject, coz. sir, you teach so unique, all of your student specially me,learned and enjoy your subject. 2.yes, im going to past this subject even my quizzes not to high. because i do my best to pass this subject.thats why i dont want to absent to this subject. 3.i think i deserved to have a grade of 1.50 or 1.75 coz, i know i deserved it, coz i have a complete requirment, a complete attendance, and a complete quizzes even it is not to high. ;D 4.system used? wel,the recitation in prelims i can say that it is challenging than the recitation in midterm because in midterm we just viewed movies and learned from it. unlike prelim, students has the obligation to read more from the book for our recitation. 5.system? i wish, that sir, if you make some quizzes i wish that it is not to difficult,[para naman makperfect nman aq khit minsan] ok nman pow ung recitation nagenjoy nga aq coz its challenging. i enjoy also watching different movies and from watching i learned a lot. *sir, kw talaga kla ko kung ano. any way sir, hindi ko papala nasasabi na thanks pow sa knowlegde that you've share from us. thaks sir. ;D

:)Jessica Herrera MC0522 1. Is this subject worth your tuition fee and time? Why? -- I believe that this subject is worth our tuition fee and my time as well because this subject is different from any other subject. I've learned so many things here that I do not know before. It also taught me how to appreciate arts better. 2. Are you sure you are going to pass this subject? Why? -- I think I can pass this subject. Based on my prelim grade, it is not sign but it's good enough. I can surely pass if I will just study a lot harder and try to improve my grades if not, I'll just maintain it. ;D 3. What grade do you expect to receive in this subject? Why? I do want a higher grade like flat 1. ;D But then I do not think I can gain as much as that so 1.25 or 1.5 is more than enough. I just want a fair grade that I really deserve. 4. What do you think of the system used by your professor in the recitation? -- It's challenging and exciting yet I feel so nervous whenever I'm next in line. But then, it's so sad whenever I'm at the back. It's unique and it's the first time I've encountered system like this. 5. What suggestions would you like to offer to further improve the delivery of the subject? -- I can't think of any suggestion maybe more movies or musicals to be watched in class will do. :)I enjoy watching them and I can find sense in every films that we watched. I just hope quizes or examls will not be so hard. ;D

1. yes, it's absolutely worth my tuition fee and time. i love art ever since and this subject expound my knowledge about art. it's always good to learn new things to which a person is interested and has passion to a certain thing. i was able to define the sound of different instruments and to watch different beautiful movies. 2. sure na hindi, pero more on sure.. ;Dhehe.... because i know for myself that i've strive and study hard to have a good grade. at saka nakatulong din 'yong pagiging interesado ko sa subject na 'to. 3. i expect a grade higher than 2 or 1.75. the midterm exam is so hard-ang sakit sa ulo. but of course i won't give up. kailangang kayanin baka maka-apply sa scholarship. hehe.... pero wish ko kasi 'yon. 4. it's my first time to encounter that system of recitation but it's fun. swerte mo 'pag napunta sa pinaka-una though 'yong iba guess na lang 'yong sagot pero naintindihan ko naman 'yong topic. but i think the system of other professor is better para sa akin because you could see the students who are really prepared or studied the next lesson para magka-recitation at 'yong mga competitive kasi kapag sa paradiso, purgatoryo at impyerno kahit na alam nung mga nasa likod 'yong sagot hindi pa sila pwedeng sumagot kasi nga malayo sila. that's my opinion sir so i hope huwag kayong magalit. 5. i suggest that maybe having group activities(if necessary) associated to the topic will not just improve the delivery of the subject but will also make the students understand the subject more. kasi kapag nagawa ng tama ng isang grupo 'yong anong dapat gawin it means that naintindihan pero sa mga hindi gaanong nagawa ng maayos at least maipapaliwanag niyo kung ano 'yong hindi nila naintindihan. i agree with ms. alconsel, "high school musical" is really a great movie. ;D

THE FIVE-FOLD QUESTIONS 1. ANSWERS:: 1. Of course, it is. I've learned a lot of things through this subject. In Humanities, I learned to 'see' Art, not just 'look' at it. And for me, that's something really valuable as not all people have the benefit of learning that. To appreciate Art is to appreciate God, creator of all things. That's something we really need today in our world. 2. Hmmm... I'm not trying to be modest or anything like that 'coz I know I'm not. I think I'd pass... just that. I'm not confident I'd get any grade that would be worth 'oohs' and 'aahs'. Don't need that... I'd be grateful for any passing grade. 3. Hmmm... as I've said in item number 2, I think I'll pass, but the grade I'd get won't be THAT high. So my guess is... somewhere around 1.75 and 2.75. 4. One word... COOL. I mean, it's like the best grading system I've ever had to conform to. It really makes us listen to everything, read all that we can read, and the best thing about it is... we learned to pray. LOL. 'Coz we pray we don't get the tough question.. or, when we know the answer, pray that everyone before us won't get it right so that we'd go up the rosters! Just kidding... 5. Hmmm.. toughie. Perhaps more movies? LOL. Just kidding... none, really. You're doing great, prof. Nothing more to say.
